The Billy Mock Foundation is pleased to announce that our friend and supporter Fr. Paul Stenson is returning to the Philadelphia area this June.

We are coordinating a directed fundraising effort to friends of Fr. Paul, and anyone who supports our mission of helping others, to assist in covering Fr. Paul's relocation expenses, providing a vehicle for him to use, and bringing him back home.

Fr. Paul Stenson was a beloved Parochial Vicar at St. Thomas the Apostle Church from 2005-2008 where he made a great impact on the parish community and the Mock Family. Unfortunately, Fr. Paul had become afflicted with serious health issues and was transferred to Missouri where he spent time recovering from his 4th and 5th brain surgeries. Upon his recovery there, he continued his personal mission of helping others by caring for elderly priests.

He is now ready to return to the Philadelphia area to active ministry, again helping people in need. He will be assisting the pastors in the parishes of St. Charles in Drexel Hill, Sacred Heart in Clifton Heights, and St. Hedwig in Chester.

All contributions to this directed fundraiser will help fund Fr. Paul Stenson's relocation back to the Philadelphia area. The tax-deductible donations can be made here and type "Fr. Paul" in the "Designation" box.

Help us help Fr. Paul move back home.

Thank you for your consideration.

This special fundraiser ends June 15, 2022

The Billy Mock Foundation is a tribute to Billy and his compassion for people, love for life, and passion for sports.
BILLY MOCK was a loving Christian with a dynamic enthusiasm for life. His infectiously positive attitude, ever-present smile, and vibrant personality impacted the lives of thousands of people. Billy began fighting brain cancer in 2005 and touched thousands of more lives until his death in 2007 at the age of 13.

Our mission is simply to “help others” which is achieved through our pay-it-forward program, educational grants, and support of families in need especially those experiencing personal crisis and hardship. The focus area is in southeastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware.

The Billy Mock Foundation (a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization) was established in 2008, on what would have been Billy’s 14th birthday, by The Mock Family and friends. It has awarded numerous scholarships, provided financial support to many families in the region, and supported many local groups working within our community to improve the lives of others.

The Billy Mock Foundation hosts two main fundraisers: an annual 5K Run/1 mile walk in April in Ridley Creek State Park and an annual golf outing at the Concord Country Club in October.
